Work Experience
Front-end Developer
- Rebuilt the Victrex and Invibio brand sites on a headless Sitecore JSS + Next.js 15 Turborepo monorepo with shared UI and Sitecore-integration packages (React 19, TypeScript, Tailwind, Sass).
- Built headless Umbraco 13 + Next.js 16 websites for clients including the Chartered Insurance Institute, within a shared Turborepo monorepo.
- Built an interactive asset-display platform for an energy company — a touch-optimized totem kiosk app and a responsive desktop/tablet/mobile app sharing a TypeScript monorepo — with cinematic Mapbox GL / MapTiler map animations and API-driven video backgrounds and media galleries (React 19, Vite, Tailwind CSS).
- Delivered earlier brand work for Victrex, Vidal Sassoon, Invibio and other using React, TypeScript, and Svelte.
- Delivered WCAG-compliant websites for UK government and educational bodies: UK Sport, Brent Council, Lewisham Council, CAVC, Maudsley Learning and others.
- Rapidly prototyped PoC models and integrated them into production applications.
- Code review, mentoring of junior developers, and sprint planning in Agile two-week cycles.
- Content management via Sitecore CMS, Umbraco, and Kentico; presented showcases directly to clients.
QA Engineer
- Authored test cases covering critical application flows; executed manual and automated tests using Selenium and Go.
- Performed load testing and identified performance bottlenecks; integrated test suites into CI/CD pipelines via Jenkins.
Web Developer
Tvoy Shans PLC
- Sole developer responsible for designing, building, and launching a WordPress site for a local printing company (kdp.kz).
Side Projects
Full-stack Developer
- Rebuilt ng.kz, a regional news portal, migrating it from a legacy XOOPS CMS to a modern Next.js 16 and Strapi 5 stack.
- Developed the full stack: server-rendered Next.js frontend with ISR caching, a Strapi headless CMS, MySQL, and Meilisearch full-text search.
- Implemented the user and forum system with JWT auth, role-based moderation, and seamless legacy MD5→bcrypt password migration for ~7,900 users.
- Containerized the platform with Docker Compose across dev/staging/prod and added Telegram notifications and Playwright E2E coverage.
- Built largely through agentic, AI-assisted coding with Claude Code and Codex, driving the architecture, migration, and feature work end to end.
Front-end Developer
- Designed and built marikfit.ru, a Russian-language personal-trainer and nutritionist site, as a statically-exported Next.js (App Router) app (React 19, TypeScript, SCSS, Tailwind).
- Built a Markdown-driven blog with frontmatter, category filtering, and a custom calorie-calculator page.
- Implemented full SEO — per-page metadata, JSON-LD, and generated sitemap/robots — plus light/dark theming, deployed to Timeweb static hosting.
Front-end Developer
- Built Zefirka, a premium showcase site for a home pastry chef (handmade marshmallows, cakes, and gift sets), with Next.js 16 (App Router), TypeScript, Tailwind CSS 4, and shadcn/ui.
- Created a content-driven catalog, portfolio, and reviews experience with an image-lightbox gallery and Framer Motion animations.
- SEO-optimized with OpenGraph.
Frontend Contributor
- Integrated i18n into the React application and translated the product into English.
- Improved code quality by introducing ESLint and Prettier; built an admin panel using React, TypeScript, MUI, and Axios.
